Its only 60 miles,start making arrangements folks,they only get 200 at home,lets outnumber the home support

here here.. its 135 miles from my place but have to be at the first game of the new season.. Hopefully Lee will have the lads all fired up and we can get into the Yorkies... Lets keep positive folks New Team new manager new hope
Lets keep the faith and get behind the lads from the off... Yeah there will be hiccups on the way but I have a great feeling about the next 9 months..

signs are bad, remember last time we played harrogate on opening day.
On the plus side trains every 30 mins and possible drinking at Huddersfield and stalybridge stations both purveyors of fine traditional ales.

I'll be there but I'll be honest, I'm struggling to motivate myself for this one. I was hoping that when the fixtures came out I would get really excited but having read the names of some of the teams we have to play I'm not feeling it....yet.

Hmmm, last time we played them I was living in Leeds, bit more difficult this time. No return flight back to Dublin same day from Leeds so would require overnight stay unless I try flying back from Manchester.....flight times aren dire also, would mean leaving home at around 03:30 and getting back about 01:30 on the Sunday, lot of hanging around without being able to drink as car at airport......unfortunately, think this one is a non-starter.......will have to pick more convenient fixtures

Yes,its almost as easy trip by train as from alty, we will be on the 9.42 from oxford road and with a change at leeds your in harrogate for 11.30, Only £19 return aswell!

Considering its such an attractive localish fixture that coupled with at least two lots of birthday salutations being included in the day out,I think a large number of gents in this area will be sending memos to the 'minister for the interior' to free thier diary for that day!

Its the liverpool- scarborough train,so one would assume it also stops at,and would be easier to get on at piccadilly,Its probably scheduled as 945 from piccadilly,ill check it out but indian call centres seem to love advising you to travel from oxford road where possible!

The 942 train is actually from piccadilly, so thats better. Its the hull service that departs picc at 942, change at leeds, arrive harrogate 11.33.

London Alty booked on. We've had to get the Megabus up (9 quid from Kings X to Harrogate) as a day rtn on the train would have been 88 quid from Ldn even with the group save prices. Bloody rip off! Train back though to toast the first 3 points of the Sinnott-Tolson era.
