Now that I’ve got your attention. Tony was outstanding yesterday in goal. Two top top saves.

I'm pleased for him because he had his detracters at the start of the season and he's not really had much practice in the games because he is well protected by the defence most of the time.

Hopefully, it will work out well long term cos a defence that doesn't trust their goalie makes stupid mistakes and we can do without them.

He had more to do than in most recent matches yesterday, and made one absolutely outstanding save, along with some other very good ones. There is also a particular skill in being able to concentrate and apply yourself to pull off a save when you have had nothing to do all game, as we have seen in other matches.

In contrast, I saw that Lancaster beat Mildenhall 1-0 yesterday with one shot on target, in the 90th minute.

I've been critical of his kicking but fair play and I am made up he is playing well. Everyone is playing well which is not the norm with Alty.
