No real surprises, shame as they both looked like decent players.

Both very good players. Gutted. Short was quick and decent at getting forward with a good cross. Disney impressed pre season. Now short on full backs.

we have two right backs and I guess Jones can cover the left?.....

White use to play left back for Nantwich so could cover there.

Both were clearly not first choice so it makes sense.

Do the wages freed up by this cover what we are paying White?
PP knows home very well, so must rate him extremely highly and better than Dens. He can play RB and LB too, so with Hampson and Dens we have two for each position. If injuries mean more than one is out then could Jones or Moult slot in there to do a job?

Richman did a job at right back early in the season. I’d expect him to be our first reserve. I believe Callum Jones is still with the club also, he didn’t look that out of place against Clitheroe and could develop.

Correct decision by PP. Short was fine, decent enough player but Hampson is better and injury wise more reliable. Densmore is better than Disney, no question about that.

only odd thing is why Bala would want them injured, both seemed good signings in the summer, hasnt worked out but nice to see us make room. Hopefully signals Densmore staying as well

Got 4 out on long term injuries.

Both good players who have been unlucky with injuries.
PP has just done the sensible thing, not hung around too long and found replacements.
Pity some of his predecessors didnt adopt a similar approach.

Disney started in centre mid yesterday and scored on his debut. Other former players in the Welsh Prem include Andy Owens at Connah's Quay, Craig Hobson at Aberystwyth, Andrai Jones also at Bala and Wes Baynes at Llandudno. Yeah, it's not a great league!
