We expected to have heard something last week. Anybody coming in this late in the day won't have the chance to train and acclimatise. Not really very satisfactory.

I was assuming the club would know if he was any good prior to signing him on a loan deal

If it's the same lad, he's just scored a hat trick for their reserves

Assume this isn't happening now due to the other lad signing from Barrow.
