Due to work, I could only get to the Charnock Irlam game yesterday and Irlam aren't that bad! We'll get Trafford anyway, obviously.

Loads of draws yesterday. I think it’s still split in to various sections in this round. Potential opponents are

1874 Northwich
Ashton/Tadcaster
Atherton Colls/FC United
Blyth
BPA
Buxton
Chester
City of Liverpool/Warrington
Colne/South Shields
Darlington
Farsley
Gateshead
Guiseley
Irlam Town
Kidsgrove Athletic
Marine
Marske/Scarborough
Morpeth
Nantwich
Northwich Vics/Lancaster
Ossett/Thornaby
Pontefract Colls
Ramsbottom
Runcorn Town
Southport
Spennymoor
Stockton Town
Sunderland RCA/Dunston UTS
Trafford
Whitby
Witton
York

Feel free to add any additions or corrections

I think Mrs Warbouys is pretty much right. At this stage, the region is only the northern section, so we could go as far north as Morpeth, who I thibk are the northernmost club, while the likes of Nantwich and maybe Congleton are in the midland section, with the border being somewhere between there and Northwich.
On the other hand, it may all have changed from previous seasons.

I was working on how it’s been in recent years. Derbyshire always a strange one also. Buxton were in the midland section yesterday. As were Sheffield FC (who play In Dronfield, Derbyshire for those that don’t know)! If Buxton stay in the midland section then those above and altrincham gives you 32 sides which would work. But there’s always one or two surprises that end up in the regional draws

It certainly would, but they were knocked out two rounds back by Westfield.

Would have been better at home obviously but with a first choice team out, we're better than them

The club need to tell Chester that one turnstile and 300 seats won’t cut it for an FA Cup tie on a Saturday afternoon

I have reached out to the club on behalf of the fans, listing the issues we've experienced at Chester in the past and encouraging them to make contact and address these for the FA Cup game.

Tough game that neither team really wanted i guess. I'll be there supporting the mighty Robins.

Update on this,

We are advised that there will be two turnstiles open for Saturday's trip to @ChesterFC.

Turnstile 7 allows visiting supporters access to the side-on section we used back in August.

Turnstile 8 allows visiting supporters access to the seated area behind the goal.

_

Fair play to the club for reaching out and to Chester for listening.

My wife 'Carys from Chester' wishes to go to her mum's this weekend and is going to see Downton Abbey which I cannot stomach. I am therefore going to Chester with her and will be there tomorrow.
