Yet another to be proud to be a supporter of our club.

Excellent. I've had bouts of anxiety and depression for most of this century, it's so important to talk and seek support.

Top work Alty.

They have also opened the doors to Trafford Veterans to hold a drop in session in the Vice Presidents lounge starting 6-9 Monday 15th February.
Thanks to all involved in making it happen.

As someone who has already suffered badly from depression I would also love to be involved, especially as I am self cured, I feel I could help other people. The only problem is Monday night is difficult for me, especially now I am a foster carer for children. I would love to have been involved.

This is a great cause to support. I have anxiety and depression and suicide tendencies and with the pandemic wrecking havoc on the mental health services it is now more than ever we need to talk. Even to a close friend. Altrincham is my way of dealing with my mental health issues going to the game and being with my friends on a Saturday was a positive thing to look forward to and I really miss my time sitting in the community hall before the game with my friends putting the world to rights with a few pints. I miss going to watch Altrincham badly. So finding another way to help with your problems is vital. There is no shame in talking. I hope everyone who has issues with this is able to talk. You can call the samaritans on 116 123. 24 hours a day and please get the help.
Talking is important; don't bottle it up.
