Just wanted to applaude Altrincham's efforts in remaining in the Premiership since May 2006 without being relegated! In this internet soccer game, only Manchestar United and Liverpool have been able to remain in the premiership longer than Altrincham.
This week thanks to c_w, Altrincham was placed 5th and thus qualified to play the Euro Cup which starts Thursday at 10 AM UK time and finishes Friday 10 AM. If Altrincham wins this first round, it'll face 2-hr knock-off rounds with other European teams to compete for the cup.

I haven't played for a while - I can't play in the Euro games as I am at work during the day and am liable to get kicked out for spending the day playing anything on line!

So far Altrincham has done quite well in the playforyourclub.com/play.php games. Many of the players are still from Fiorentina. Next week, many of the Fiorentina players will not be playing for Altrincham since they will be celebrating their 101 league title in the game by playing for their own team. This will leave Altrincham to struggle to stay in the premier league. If anyone wants to help the team to stay in the Premier League, next week is very important! The URL to play is

it does sound like the idols. but hey. i scored for them. beat tht. tht neva normally happens. i jus playin now/ ma highest so far 18945. yeeeah. theres a challenge for yu people. :D

I've just had my first go on there for months - I used to play when we were in the non-league bit. I seem to remember getting 50,000 plus but second go tonight was 35275. I try and hit the button with the ball between the legs about knee high (ooh eer!)

Altrincham, despire being first all week, did not get promoted. It was above by 10 million points from the third placed and it lost all of those points and did not get promoted for only 91K points, which could have been done with a few games.
