Altrincham FC First Team / Shirt for sale, proceeds to prostate cancer
« on: October 16, 2017, 11:06:10 AM »
Having had a winning bid for the shirt worn against Rushall Olympic, having recieved the shirt it is a tad too small being a medium for my not too slender physique 😆

Anybody want to bid for this?

Will give it until Wednesday 5pm..

Best Regards

DT

Altrincham FC First Team / Get well soon Bill Waterson
« on: March 19, 2017, 02:30:12 PM »
I know Bill has been mentioned in recent posts, but he has been poorly and posted this on facebook (get well soon Bill)

Spent Friday night and most of Saturday in Wrexham Park after severe dizzy spells and extreme nausea. Minor stroke ruled out. But more tests to come. Likely is inner ear infection / virus coupled with fatigue. Tristan Waterson was a super star. A sign to everyone to watch out for yourselves. These things creep up in us.

Altrincham FC First Team / Remembrance one to be added
« on: December 30, 2012, 04:47:56 PM »
I have tried to reply to the link on the Altrincham website without success.

Could Chris Brahney be added to the list please?

As many will know Chris lost his life following the Stone Roses gig this year.

His inquest is not until February but I hope he will be remembered on New Year's Day.

Thanks in anticipation.

Best Regards

David Tracey (Uncle)

I was looking at some old posts and noticed Jezza had posted to look at the Star4alty website. Out of interest I thought I would take a quick look to see if it linked through to TASC.

I was suprised by what I saw, but if this is a new way of raising money for Alty, I will click further! ;D

Altrincham FC First Team / For the attention of the Gazelle!
« on: July 02, 2008, 02:26:59 PM »
Are you making the same splendid offer this year for the Kidderminster game as last year? The current Mrs Tracey is looking forward to the fantastic time we had last year!

For those who don't know Mr Gazelle and his staff were voted the Number 1 Carvery by the Tracey and Flynns after last year's gastronomic treat!

Given it is August I suspect we could have a "jamboree" turn-out this year!

Altrincham FC First Team / The support of the people of Altrincham
« on: April 26, 2008, 08:57:59 PM »
I am posting this using DT's login I must confess that I am Mrs DT (as most of you know me) can I just say that tonight I am disgusted at the abuse we have received from the inbreeds of Timperley, may I thank our local landlord for showing the match and the Tracey's were out in our Alty shirts, my son and I were first hailed by a half wit with one brain cell screamin "Chelsea  Chelsea" until he realised we were wearing Alty shirts says it all really doesn't it! at the end Mr T and I then had to endure a barrage of abuse from dare I say it an "alleged" prawn sandwich eater, and an episolon  he obviously had flown back from the match on his Lear jet, now I must admit to being a bit of a United Fan but I am so proud of Alty and DT and I will still be there next season  but we have no chance of getting people to come to matches when they are all intermarried and half wits!

Altrincham FC First Team / New Flag - incorporating the Cheshire Flag
« on: April 11, 2008, 04:47:32 PM »
For those with long memories, you might just remember one of the original "Alty Flags" which was satin and was red/white/red with Altnicham across the middle. Well as some of you kno, the current Mrs Tracey transformed this to red/pink/red but the great thing was the lettering still survives to this day!

So a new flag is being worked on incorporating the Cheshire flag!

Given young Master Flynn has created the "daddy of all Alty flags", I thought this might be a refreshing change - what does everyone think.

In line with Ecky's thinking before tomorrow's big game, positive feedback is sought!
