He did tauntingly incline his ear to the home fans after his goal but I only noticed that on the highlights

Who the hell do we play in midfield if Isaac Marriott isn't fit?
I sincerely hope we announce a loan addition today - I get that it's only one game but we need more depth in that area anyway, it shouldn't have come to this.
Someone like Cody Johnson at Stockport would do, although he seems to have disappeared from their matchday squads so I have no idea if he's fit or not.
I think we need to accept that the likes of CCC and Amaluzor are going to get kicked though, it works both ways as long as there's consistency.
Right in front of the popular side towards the end of the game, one of ours (Baines I think) went right through the back of one of theirs, and the ref waved it on. We want to see a good technical AND physical battle, and I thought the ref let the game flow well as a result of his approach which is rare at this level.
If he'd set his stall out to book their number 2 early doors (which he could have done), you run the risk of having to book everything else afterwards - and that's when games spiral out of control because both teams let those emotions get the better of them. He's ended up booking a couple each team, which reflects the way the game was (largely) played.
Sometimes I do feel they can't win.
The club need to update us on injuries and timescales more frequently. Why? We might be interested in reading about updates but I doubt that anyone bases their decisions on whether to attend a match based on who is/isn’t likely to play. Beyond that, updating supporters also updates the opposition and allows them to prepare accordingly. Why give them that advantage.
Tony can't afford to go full time - he's a big earner in his scaffolding job. Don't rule out him turning up at Radcliffe.Tony worked on one of my jobs for a while.....whilst scaffolders earn 'decent' money for the long hours they work...not to mention the shear physicality of what they do, unfortunately they are no better paid than joiners, sparkies or gas fitters.
