Great result in the end, but we need to keep away from wingbacks, we were well under the cosh second half. Ross made 4 or 5 important saves. If he wasn’t in net, that would have been a draw, maybe worst.
Should have put Mooney or Kossy at HT and not Roscoe. Gone for the third.
I am hoping Parky remains positive in the playoffs and sticks to our best formation. Apart from Gateshead away, we look so vulnerable playing wingbacks.
Another 3 points and hopefully we get a home tie.
Up the Alty.

Any news on Amaluzor?,if we make the playoffs, we would need him.
I would stick with Donawa, wasn’t great last game, but better than Mooney at tracking back.
I predict Dorking will come at us from the off.

Massive game, won't be easy but win needed.
Would maybe start Donawa over Mooney for this one. Miss Amulazor’s pace in getting us up the field.
Donawa is rapid and decent at getting back.
Get two ahead, withdraw Baines, Linney and CCC around 60/65.

Thought Banks had a stinker second half mate. Was beat time after time, but he was on his weaker side. Hancox can play left back, might have been a better option today.

I was in agreement to play CCC as a false 9 whilst Linney was banned, but CCC needed to be number 10 today, especially when they were winning the midfield battle.
We need Linney and CCC to be starting in all the remaining games. Game management wasn’t great again. Had the opportunity to bring Linney on at HT today, could have then put CCC into 10 and Kossy out wide. Albeit, Mooney did well.
Yet again the impact sub was far too late, giving Linney 20 mins in a stop / start game was poor. Takes players 10 mins to get warm and up to speed. Hardly touched the ball.
They got to grips with Newby for the second half, after he was causing them issues in the first.
I am hoping Amulazor’s injury is not his groin again, we really need him.
The first game when we really missed Marriott. Osborne has dropped off recently, he isn’t controlling games, as he was doing. They have far more desire in the 2nd.Anyone have an update on Marriott’s
injury?
We showed a lack of fight and character second half. How bad are we at set pieces? we need players who want to win the ball in the opposition box. Would be a good start if we got more players in there, far too soft and cautious on all set pieces.

Entertaining game.
Ross was immense. Got us another 3 points.
Donawa came in and was excellent. Even though Banks has stepped up, I really think Donawa can be our RB. So good at getting up the pitch.

Nice to see us do it the right way around and not needing to chase the game.
Looked much better going forward and CCC did a decent job as a fake 9.
Whole team were excellent. Osborne ,Wilson, Newby and E Jones really stood out.
Just got to keep starting our best available 11 and formation.
