We played well tonight considering the players we had missing for one reason or another.

Well done to the fans who travelled tonight, fantastic support folks.

Sunday will be a good day. It will be nice to turn the carrot crunchers of Yeovil over.

Hoping the place is rammed.
A very good result after Notts.....pleased for the team and more so for anyone who travelled down there for a dead rubber....hats off to you

Assume Morton was a youth teamer ?

Really glad Dens and Jake played tonight. Would be great if they could continue to assist the club in some capacity next season....assuming they won't be FT as senior players with day-jobs

Good to hear Gould did well

Morton was our first ever Academy player to play in the first team.

I thought Gould was not good at all.

It was a very familiar game from our stays in the National Division over the last decade of so: 85 mins of dogged, well organised defence, some timewasting antics, hoping to nick a goal from a set piece - but ultimately undone by an unlucky deflection against a superior opposition who in all honesty deserved the win. It's great to be dishing it out instead of taking it this time around.

How very true

Where's Robins Retreat?

The chip shop opposite the ground. Iíve now remembered it isnít called that anymore but Iím stuck in the past on many subjects

Donít get me started on when they rebranded the place in Macc colours

Can't think of any football ground that allows you to bring your own refreshments. You can take your own food and drink on a plane but even then you have to buy it at the airport. Alty have been losing much needed income allowing people in with food in the past. Would you expect to take fish and chips into any restaurant or cafe in Altrincham and sit at their tables eating it?

They havenít been missing out on my money as itís Robins Retreat or nothing.

This is disappointing news, I quite often brought mine in from over the road.

I think it's fair to say we got to enjoy Durrell at the very end of his peak and we should probably leave it there. Came, saw and conquered. We've absolutely no need for him anyway.

Agree. He went from villain to hero; lets not end with him as villain again.

One person quotes scientific research and submits their sources, other people reply by just saying Ďnahí.

Iíll believe the doctors thanks. Pretty sure theyíre in the know. Hugh and other people like their little delves into conspiracy nonsense, which is fine, until it gets to a point where itís actually leading to people becoming ill, or potentially dying, because Jeremy Corbynís dad said that masks are for Nazis. Embarrassing to see that sh*te spewed on this forum. Shameful.

There is a world of facts between swallowing the company line and conspiracy.

Just like there isn't such a think as THE science.

What ever comfort blanket that makes you feel better is fine by me but don't preach to others.

Presumably, this signifies that Trafford Council may have been persuaded to increase the capacity for this fixture?

Great news, we just have to make sure they behave themselves now :-)

By all means wear an FFP2 or 3 mask to protect yourself.

Anything else is pure theatre and the reports are not real world ones.

If you can take a step back and think to yourself that the virus is really dangerous but yet you will put your faith in a loose crappy mask then fill your boots Dr Love.

If you think masks cut transmission by 75% then god help your science.

One afternoon at Gravesend and Northfleet comes to mind 10/15 years ago.

I also found Southend the other week freezing. Maybe sitting down didn't help.

They have specially modified turnstiles so you can get in with a printer however they must be securely strapped to your back.
