I'll be stood on the south stand terrace to witness our first win in ten visits spread over twenty years.
I'm using the law of averages and the fact we are the better team with the greater will to prevail.

Club statement. Oldham no further allocation beyond 1000 already given.
The pop side is Alty. Hope it's full or almost so.

At least our two away games after tomorrow come with decent rest and preparation days between them. I'd be a lot more confident with 6 out of 6 in our next two games. Won't right us off until the maths isn't workable. Some of our competitors still have games against each other. Chesterfield have to play Halifax. Unfortunately for us it's probably a good time to face them now they're home and dry. We can't do more than 15 points out of 15. That would just be lovely stuff. COYR.

It's a big game for Kiddy and I'd accept they've got big ambitions to get all three points to avoid the drop. I can see that.
What I won't buy into is any acceptance on our behalf that our desire isn't greater driven by the prize of a play off place.
If we can't generate greater hunger to win than Kiddy I'd be very disappointed in the group we've assembled.

Went to call in the Last Chance Saloon on my way home. It's been demolished. 😭

Tough luck on Isaac given his England call up and missing the sharp end of the season. Positive is to get op done and into recovery hopefully back for some preseason or early season games. Was unlucky this season with injury lay off. Due an upturn in fortune next season.
ps Was it last season or the one before when he and Kossy were sidelined for a long time together?

Knowing Alty, we'll probably battle along until it all rests on getting a win from our last match at home to already - relegated Oxford.
Then we'll draw! 🙄
Oxford equaliser 98 mins
It's being so cheerful that keeps me going. 😁

We really do have problem with winning "big"games. It really needs addressing . Something us seriously wrong    Is it the management? If not, who??It is becoming embarrassing  when we  push forward then get big crowds and never  deliver. Answrrs please???
We aren't a premier league club and work within budget restrictions. We aren't going to go into the red throwing money at any problems we have and then cry we're going bust. I understand the frustration to make progress faster but we aren't playing football manager we're in the real world.I don't know if there will be a day when the present management can't take us any further. I don't believe we're anywhere near to that scenario anytime soon. Keep the faith.

I got the message today that we aren't ready to up yet. Half time well worth the lead but Gateshead won the second half by a distance. We scored two good goals.

Heartened to hear we're almost all on the same page. The TV money should be used to compensate for any loss of gate revenue we might suffer. Hopefully we can attract some guest fans on the day to take up the slack and fill the pop side anyway 🤞

The balance will tip to Oldham if they spread out along the pop side and all impetus will shift across to them. This is certainly not the time to concede the initiative at this late stage of the season, TV money or not. You can't put a price on home/away support and it's effect on the result. We should accept any shortfall in attendance income in favour of the greater good.

I think the time has finally arrived when we show our true pedigree. The team we fielded at Boreham Wood plus Linney back is solid play off material.
Six points from Gateshead and Oldham is not fanciful and that must be the teams mindset.
Any contenders at this late stage of the campaign who grasp the games by the throat will reap the benefits.
It's not just the six points we get. We give two competitors setbacks too and give a clear signal of intent to one and all.
We can do this. We're good enough.

Is it just me? Oldham get the scoreboard end full stop. We get the rest of the ground irrespective of selling out. We don't surrender half the pop side under ANY circumstances.

As a season ticket got the email with the link to choose which part of the ground i want, filled the form in and submitted it. Should i receive anything back or is that it?
My thoughts too. Expected an automated acknowledgement.
