Every time he's mentioned all I can hear is Nat King Cole....

Bembo-leta, Bembo-leta men have loved you....
I didn't realise he batted for the other side......

Brilliant manager, will be manager of the season this year and next, you heard it here first Shocked  Cheesy
If that is true then we've got to expect a conf club to come in for them
A discussion I've had with a number of fellow supporters recently. PP is ambitious, and good young managers are in short supply.  We're bound to lose him if success continues, which begs the question of how many players step up with him.

Do Warrington have any kind of fan's forum?  The only one I can find seemed to stop in 2016  Huh

Few clubs have them at this level.
Some of them barely have fans.

It wouldn't surprise me in the slightest.

There is only one priority this season - to make sure we win this league outright. Cup competitions are therefore a distraction.

Next season we have to aim for at least the playoffs in National North. A Trophy run then would also be potentially disruptive (a run to Round 3 of the FA Cup is quite a different matter).

I seriously am not too bothered about going to Wembley until such time as we complete the two essential promotions.

Still see Shaw Lane as the main rivals, if only because they'll be one point behind if they win their ever increasing games in hand and we've to play them twice. Warrington's progress might result in another blank Saturday for them adding to their fixture congestion as that was the game due to be played on FAT R3 day.
The League will probably send Shaw Lane to Stourbridge, who should  be at home to Workington. That game is actually scheduled a fortnight later.

The state of our pitch will be the biggest threat to our hopes, I think on football ability we are very good.
Agree absolutely.
By the time we play Warrington the pitch will have had 26 days to recover from the Witton game. I know the weather is crap but I think we're worrying a bit too much.

Well done Warrington, fortune favours the brave
And another game for them to fit in.  I cant help but be solely obsessed by the league, wont be content until we have done it.  Cup runs next year.  A further 2 or 3 years in this league would spell doom
One year under next year's new structure would be damaging enough. We'd gain South Shields, Scarborough, and Hyde. Not to mention the prospect of Southport coming down. It will be MUCH harder next season.

What Stockport were thinking releasing Hampson I'll never know.

He's not the first decent player released by a club because he didn't get on with the manager. We picked up Scott Leather from Preston because his face didn't fit with Graham Westley.

In both cases, their loss.....our gain.

The work Andrew and Jack do is superb but with Rowley in charge there pissing in the wind, also I will add Rowley doesn't want outsiders who want the club to move forward here, his ego won't allow it.

If the board simply realised that Andrew and Jack would serve them better INSIDE the tent pissing OUT.......

It would be good to get the full update, to include the positive steps that have been taken on things such as social media.

Always assuming that there have been any positive steps.
