Why would the council stump up £750k+ of council tax payers money to two clubs who are not supported adequately by the population of the town. That sounds harsh, but economic realities are.

Ebbsfleet

To be played in 11 days, plus Eastleigh away.

Can that pitch take 3 games in 10 days?

The pitch is as bad as it will get. I believe we now have two weeks before the next home game. Surely the weather will dry up, a bit of spring sunshine and a drying breeze will help the ground crew.

Absolutely delighted with today's performance and result.
