In fairness I think everyone who came on the pitch at some stage last night gave of there best.. OK maybe one or two are still a little short of match fitness but a bloody good effort by all...

Celebrate the win............

...but last night was what being an Alty fan is all about.

There is no better place in the world than the Golf Road end under the lights and seeing the goals go in in front of you.

Superb support from the start..no negativity or waiting to see what the players would do.

We did our bit, the players did thereS with graft and commitment.

Yes we have lots of areas to work on but last night was about players running their socks off and every single one of them did that to a man.

Special mention for Stuart Bimson on our becnh as well..he seemed to kick every ball with Kenny.

PROUD TO BE AN ALTY FAN ONCE AGAIN

90 minutes of encouragement and passion.  

And a telling factor for me...when a sub came off he got a pat on the back and a well done.  Little things can mean a lot.

It has been 5 long months since I had the pleasure of driving back to Shropshire after a game in the knowledge that we had just won a game...

Last night Alty displayed the reason why I choose the 125 mile round trip to watch them, They had passion, Heart, team spirit and fire in there bellies..

As you know I am a glass half full person when it comes to Alty and I went home a happy man ...

I am not getting carried away by one win but the nature of achieving it gives me hope for the rest of the season..

Everyone who played last night put in a good shift... Densmore in midfield... At last...

We maybe cant see the light at the end of the tunnel but at least we can now see the fkn tunnel....

Roll on Saturday... and bring on the Trawlermen or Mariners or whatever there called 

PS Well done the Folks who decorated the NWS it was great walking in there after the game seeing the happy faces and the decor was superb...

I am going to predict a hard earned score draw tonight....

Hopefully tonight could be the first tentative steps in right direction..

Alas, I fear the attendance will be poor due to our recent results.. (I sincerely hope I am proven wrong though)
