Now no longer required, And you wonder why I prefer to pay on the gate!

Hugh, get over it please.

No one is arsed about it apart from you and you quite obviously are not affected so what's the issue?

The match report on the Torquay website states 140 away fans.

I would say that was the most we've taken there, even more than the first ever visit.

A great reward for the travellers, great numbers too. 120 plus

Come on Alty

1) 'The experimental gene therapy drugs don't stop transmission....'

2) 'Latest  data suggests that  they don't make much difference to hospitalisations and deaths'

3) '...and quite a lot of people have died from them...'

Either provide links to the peer reviewed sources you are quoting, or stop posting crank conspiracy nonsense; it's embarrassing frankly.

Same goes for someone suggesting the club should get involved with the "vaccine" coercion. Why is it a different standard for me? Twit.

In the mean time, if you're really interested, I provide the following link to be going on with, which links to a page on "vaccine" adverse reactions and deaths based on MHRA Yellow Card Covid-19 adverse reaction data (i.e. official government data) - information you are unlikely to see mentioned on your BBC.

https://yellowcard.ukcolumn.org/yellow-card-reports

I emphasise, people can make their own health decisions, and it's not an issue the club should get involved with (as someone else appeared to suggest they should - the reason I posted in the first place).

Jeremy Vine got very uppioty when someone managed to get onto his show highlighting this information.
The caller lied to get on - saying how he changed his mind after originally being anti vaccine - and, when accused of lying, pointed out that is what the BBC have been doing.

If we truly are an inclusive club, we should let anyone in reegardless of their medical history.

Some excellent point again Hugh, speaking as someone who has had his double jab.

Yes I heard that call too, it was quite funny.

I was in a medical waiting room and it came on about our next caller being just the on message person they wanted about how he had seen the light! Then it turned out he was the opposite, Vine couldn't handle it and showed himself to be the ill informed mouth piece that he is.

Now don't get me wrong he was right to call out the Yellow Card stats as being not the way to measure issues with the vaccine; they are clearly just individuals logging that they felt off after having taken one. Which as Jeremy so was so keen to point out could be a co-incidence.

When challenged that this is exactly what "died of Covid" is too he couldn't see it or wouldn't see it.

In fact he wanted us to write the person off because apparently telling a fib to one of his "researchers" was a heinous crime - unbelievable Jeff!

UK Column bad, BBC bad - same sh*t different flavours.

Bradford City is the worst example unfortunately. There was a strong aroma of rodent surrounding their chairman, but nothing was ever proved.

I hadn't heard that rumour before.

Would even a fraudster do it whilst the ground was full of people?

At least the pitch looked good.
one wonders whether we should worry more about the standard of players rather than invest in the pitch

Doesn't matter who the players are if we have no pitch to play on.
and we could have a world class pitch with players on it that capitulate

The pitch has been a joke since I started watching Alty. If you can’t see further than the end of your nose with your strategy I’m just glad you aren’t anywhere near the Board.

Or do you just want to be Gainsborough in disguise?

World's gone mad.

Couldn't agree more. It was a stupid thing to put, but its clip round the ear and no telly for a week.

Absolutely.

Racist if you choose to want it to be so.........most people in the Uk would consider eating bats a bit freaky.....hence people who eat bats may be described as bat eating freaks. It is offensive at worst. Just saying

Agreed  If you ask for a black coffee these days some T**t gets arsed about it.

Racist my @rse! I remember my brother telling me about a social workers meeting he had to attend as he was looking for help for a disabled child, but they spent half the meeting talking about not calling coffee white or black! What a waste of time!
And an ex police cadet threatened with discipline for calling a board that was black a blackboard!

As for Hulme's "Crime..." bad taste (re ppl ill WITH Covid) doesn't make it a gross offense the way the FA seem to think. I doub't any bat-eaters will be complaining!
(Unless there are any cricketers with the munchies!)

Let me guess it was a mate of a mate that told these stories that aren’t  bullsh*t honest.

This isn’t the end of the ESL.

This is just the opening of negotiations, start with a ridiculous position the. Work back to the one they want.

Alty confirm a 3rd PSF Away has been added against Nantwich... see below...

https://www.altrinchamfc.com/news/dabbers-date-for-robins

Nantwich join one of the other clubs we regularly play in Curzon... reckon next to be added will be other usual suspects ie Trafford plus Ashton United as PSF...

Can see no home PSF due to pitch being sorted, but hope club can also sort out a couple of bigger PSF maybe from likes of local-ish teams like Crewe, Wigan, Bolton, Blackburn, Blackpool, Preston, Tranmere, etc... one or two of these away would be great... or maybe even a bigger club...

Does Nantwich have a railway station?

Yes. Trains from Piccadilly to Wales often stop there, and there's a half hourly service from Crews.
ta, doable then

I’m sure we’ll play another 5/6 PSF all in the NW at least. If we have a new director who is putting his time, money & skill set into the club then arranging one PSF (and presumably a good chance for the lads to bond over a weekend away) at his local club, then it’s really not a big deal for me. The Isle of Man was hardly down the road & I don’t recall too much fuss about our match there.

The Isle of Man wasnt after missing a season and a half, came with full travel package for fans to get there (and cheap ferry/hotel deal).

There isn't a train station within an hour of the ground  , it's 2x times the distance to get to and hasn't been handled well in announcement.

Not sure why you'd announce it as the first, why not wait for the usual Curzon Trafford etc in.

There is a train station 4.4 miles away? Or Colchester station that is 11 miles away

I gave my opinion (which still could be borne out) and didn't point fingers at anyone.
You could do with winding your neck in a touch.

I will put my neck where I want to.
