All I really want to say is that currently I VERY rarely eat or drink in the ground as it’s simply not to my taste. If we replicate the current CSH offering in the fanzone then we are just going to sell the same amount as now, something different is required to bring new customers.
I only get to a limited number of games each season but when I do I typically spend £30 or more in town beforehand, money that could be spent inside ML.

I believe you can see results and league tables for virtually everything on
https://fulltime.thefa.com/home/index.html
I haven’t tried for our reserves but it’s the only way to keep up with the local football here in Cornwall

Have you seen the own goals?

Very unlucky, particularly the third one and it could happen to any player

Is it true that it was a classic hat trick- left foot, right foot and head?

Indeed, I would imagine we were offered Friday night or Saturday night - not much of a choice

Hi Andrew,

In answer to your question...

'I hope Alty Rewards contributors weren't overlooked? https://www.altrinchamfc.com/club/alty-rewards'

It would appear that sadly the club did infact forget about Alty Reward contributors... i, amongst others, give so much time & funds to the club and am a Alty Reward contributor as one of the many funding initiatives i support... sadly the first we hear about the team photo experience is on here or club social media after the event... on ALL the Alty Rewards funding categories it states 'invite to Team Photo'... after missing last season's pic due to no-one allowed due to Covid i am really disappointed & upset that the club has forgotten about us fans when they are happy to take our money each month via this scheme... anyway, cannot get this moment back, so we move on...

Would have loved to have seen the Team photo, especially as i will miss a chunk of the season due to major heart surgery, but i wish the club well & will continue to support them as best i can via being a Season Tic holder, Patron, Player Sponsor, Alty Rewards funder, Patrons & Monthly draws, shareholder, plus other initiatives like Pitch-in funding, Fanzone wall brick, club collection schemes, partaking in matchday sponsorship/hospitality twice each season in Sponsors Lounge for many years, buying merchandise, etc etc, plus going all home games (bar surgery period) & many aways... i even have been a volunteer on several occasions upto this summer when restricted due to heart issues... like others who do similar, i am upset to have been forgotten by what is such a wonderful club for family, community, & footy experience...

As i say, we move on... i hope all who went to this photo experience had a great time & enjoyed it... maybe i'll get a chance next year (unless forgotten again)...

That's a real shame. Thanks for confirming, I feel you.

I have had a direct debit set up for Alty Rewards since it was launched, but I cancelled it recently because I didn't like that money was being taken without correspondence. I had hoped that I was just 'taken off the list' and the remaining contributors would be contacted about this reward.

The club are doing so much (great work) on fundraising that it appears this has been massively overlooked. It hasn't been given much TLC since it was launched. Much like yourself I try and support everything the club push out but this just got to a point where I had to cancel.

It needs freezing, evaluating and relaunching. It's a glorified bucket collection at the moment.

I haven’t received anything from this except a notification that they’ve taken money every month.

Nobody is disputing that some gypsies/romanys/travellers act in inappropriate ways, as do lots of white people, black people and every other sort of people. The point is you can’t say that some destroyed Broadheath Central’s pitch last year therefore….
In my life by far the majority of people I’ve had trouble with have been middle aged white blokes from Altrincham, should I just assume all of them are T**ts because they share some characteristics with people who are?

Lovely to see that racism is alive and well among our support

Yes, if any of it had ever actually happened it would be daft.

I agree though you could say that the other way as well, they really need it so the pressure and nerves are all on them

Absolutely!  As a Christian myself I thought a lot about how I would have reacted had I been in the playing squad for the rainbow kit match too.

What you mean is ‘as a Christian who has certain beliefs’. Let’s just say that not all Christians, and indeed not all Muslims, hold such beliefs.

Off the bits I saw due to the stream issue and the commentary I heard in the absence if pictures, I was very impressed by Zouma, impressed by Ogle and, I'm afraid somewhat underwhelmed by the striker.
Too often he gave it away or ran down blind alleys with it and on occasion declined clear shooting opportunities.

Assuming he plays next Tuesday and the gremlins leave us alone I will be happy to revise my opinions
He’s a boy that a higher league club saw enough to invest in from two leagues below this. He needs confidence and support right now.

Not overjoyed to dishing out money to FCUM tbh but if it gets the game on fair enough.
Well it’s nice to be handing out a little charity to lesser smaller clubs in these trying times
