It's such a shame there's nothing happening on the pitch right now to match the club's off the pitch performance as the club are certainly making all the right movements.

Hopefully our past track record of paying wages, treatment of players and our new ambitious board should see us gain ground in non league post-Corona too.

What's most pleasing about Rob being back was his commitment to finding players that fit our philosophy for Phil but also having a plan to continue that phillosophy through identifying new managers should Phil leave us.

Thatís another very positive piece. The comparison with Brentford & seeking to emulate them was most interesting. Clear the new board are putting the right building blocks in place for us to move forward. If I was an ambitious player or coach on the NW non league circuit Iíd be paying close attention to Alty right now.

Great interview Brian, good to hear how involved he is and the Club can only benefit from having his knowledge and experience back on board. Some interesting stuff covered ...from the ground development to income streams and the squad. Nice one Brian

These look great & a very good idea to explain exactly where funds raised are going.

Well done KOTGR lads.

Evening all, we recognise the need right now for a good quality facemask, but didn't feel right to profit on something important - so all profits from our new masks will be going direct to Christie's (plus Andrew has kindly offered to chuck in £1 extra in per mask.).

They're priced at £6.50 each and we'll be placing our final order next Friday at 10pm. They'll take around a week to 10 days to arrive plus the shipping to you.

If you'd like to order here from our webshop here:

Thanks to those who've ordered already!

The issue was discussed by the Burton chairman on five live.  Its clear the football league are concerned that many in the national league will go bust and if so they do not want to relegate a club to a situation that they dont have a league to play in.  I think they require confirmation from the national league that it will continue, also stating that if it went regional many wouldnt support relegation bringing us back to the bad old days
