Team Formation

I know we had a lack of midfielder's yesterday but I felt sorry for O'Neill stuck out the right, he never got in the game. Given that he scored twice last match his confidence must have high I would have put where he normally plays esp. with Little playing.

Thomson did nothing wrong (apart from a bad first touch when he had a one on one with keeper) but I would have had him on bench, Scott LB, Peyton LW and Thornley RW, but thats my opinion.

I hope Bushell's back saturday who along with Owen puts a lot more bite in the middlle.

Not the end of the world losing yesterday but the manor of it (ie to concede 2 in last 7 mins) was the kick in the teeth.

Whilst I was not at the game, we were wininng with 3 mins to go and they were lucky enough to get two goals, was that due to the midfield? Obviously Val and Bush were not available.

Perhaps he put Peter on for match practice which he is short of?

All I saw was a couple of long throws that they looked dangerous from (and that was more because of the swirling wind). The midfield was a bit funny with Joe looking uncomfortable and Lawton looking like he wasn't sure what position he was playing in (in my opinion)
