world cup double question

We've had ronaldo and brazil, villa and spain recently, I'm thinking  of putting on a decent double as the odds are fantastic too, crouch and England you would get £3500 from a tenner stake for example, just wanted to know who other people would go for?

Are you talking about a double of winning country and top goalscorer?

It's the goalscorer that will vex you and maybe you need to go for whoever can get goals in the group stages, which looks like Italy and Brazil from here.

Dunno, Higuan and Argentina?

There's penalty taking to put into consideration too, italy don't really have a goalscoring mentality and they have an ageing team, brazil and fabiano is an option, messi and Argentina as he takes the pens?

I think Argentina could easily bang in 10 or 11 in the group stages (Greece, Nigeria, South Korea). Another 10 in the knockout stages and go on to win.

Not sure who is going to score them all? Messi, Tevez, Higuain, Aguero, Milito.....

Georgie Welcome and Honduras - they don't give odds but it's worth a punt.

Smeltz and New Zealand. If you're going to line the bookies pockets, you might as well have a laugh about it.

looked at some of the highlights of south korea v italy and then spain. Some truly awful officials. Italy had a player sent off for complaining a legitimate goal wasnt given, whilst the korean's hacked both italy and spain to pieces.

Not from the world cup. But just look at the North Korean's reaction to loosing. - its worse than mansfield's antics.
