The reserves lost 2-1 to Chester. Despite what Chester supporters tell you. I am still waiting for the open top bus parade in Chester City centre celebrating their famous win.

Exactly. I've backed us to win. They're one of the worst sides in their division. They were even giving John McAliskey a trial FFS. 5/2 to beat Tranmere Juniors is a good punt.

As shown here, there are certain pre-season games well worth sticking money on. Admittedly they're fewer and further between than run of the mill league games, but they're out there.
