STAR AGM TONIGHT! Monday 29th January 2007
Due to the late arrival of the final audited accounts, STAR will, once again, be holding a truncated AGM this year, with part 1 being held on Monday 29th January 2007.
This first meeting will be a chance for you to quiz the current ‘temporary’ board and get to know who’s who before getting your chance to elect them officially onto the board on your ballot paper (which will follow by post at a later date).
The draft accounts and our Secretary’s report for the last year will be available on the night for you to peruse. The final audited accounts will follow with the ballot paper for your final approval.
Deadlines for motions and nominations to the board are therefore extended to 15th February 2007..please see the appropriate forms on the STAR website.
The meeting will be followed by a forum with Alty legends Jeff Johnson and Paul Cuddy.
This meeting is open to all Altrincham fans, please bring your STAR membership card with you if you are a STAR member but non -STAR members are also warmly invited. Membership forms to join STAR will, of course, be available on the night.
If you have any fund raising ideas or suggestions how you can help STAR help the club then please bring these on the night also!
