A pink away kit to raise awareness for breast cancer is a superb idea, maybe even just for one season. The small ribbon could also be included as a picture, perhaps under or above the club badge

Maybe even have the kit 'sponsored' (for free)  by the McGrath Foundation

As much as Glenn is the inspiration for this idea, I think supporting a British or local cancer charity (Christies?) would be more appropriate.

Sensport don't do a pink kit, so I have referred to this thread and asked the feasability.

Correct me if I'm wrong here

But this is the site http://www.sensportkits.org.uk/sportsKits.html --> two choices - prostar or Another - and this is on prostar http://www.prostar.co.uk/MONACO-Jersey-5/Default.aspx and it's pink?

Whilst I appreciate your point entirely Cancer doesn't respect international boundaries whichever part of the body it affects.

If however a more general proposal were requires and MacMillan weren't primarily associated with the colour green I'd propose them but then I'm biased!

You'll see that I was bemoaning the fact that MacMillan is associated with the colour green

Maybe this is the sort of cause we could help.

CONDOLENCES
Very sad news for an ex-Altrincham player comes from FC United. "It is with great sadness that we report Richard Battersby’s fiancée Jenna passed away earlier today. The club extends its sympathy to Richard and both families at this sad time. Richard Battersby is raising money for Cancer Research by participating in the Shine Walk in aid of Cervical Cancer. Please support Richard by visiting his fundraising page click here. Please help Richard raise money for this worthwhile cause". The condolences of all at Moss Lane go to Richard and his fiancée's family.

I am sure I can reiterate that our thjoughts are with Richard & those close to him.
