Everytime I go Rushden there seems less and less fans. I'm sure when they were first thought up by Max he had this idea that the club would be self sufficient in the football league in xx many years ? ... Oh dear.

Plastic club, plastic fans and probably using plastic cards to survive. Then again at £17 a ticket its hardly going to encourage the masses with the team they have at the moment

Their first song after the match kicked off was 'going down', and after they scored they sung it too.... on 95mins and final whistle ... WE SUNG IT BACK :)

:D what a game

Stewart Coburn - the saves he made youd expect from PL keepers, many times players just threw themselves at shots on the line

Marc Joseph - WHATS HAPPENED?

Chips probably the best I've and only £1.50 :D

gone from no away wins....to 3 in less than month!

If We play with the fight of the past 3 games, then we will stay up :)

It was James Alexander Gordon's tone as he said "Rushden & Diamonds 1" that made me realise we got something from the game - but 3 points is fantastic.

I was in a shop at the time and gave a great roar of approval and skipped around the store - the only thing that stopped me from getting thrown out was that I was in charge!

Reflecting on the game we were so well organised. I have no idea how rushden didn't score three or four gilt edge chances , still they were garbage , we bosses it

Reflecting on the game we were so well organised.

To me,this is the turnaround in our fortunes. We look a unit,we looked like a team.Last 10 minutes,Reeves was back defending a corner while Baynes was waiting near the half way hoping for the counter.

Joseph is starting to show why he has play 300+ Football League games. There was nothing we could do for their goal, brilliant cross and powerful header, but other than that we looked solid.

Special praise for 2 players who have taken some stick on the forum. Brilliant through ball by Beesley set up Reeves, while a supurb diagonal ball by Brown was well controlled by Milne before his shot was parried (which seemed to be going in,but I think Reeves got the last touch before it went over the line).

Never mind Blyth (even if it means an extra 6k), bring on Tamworth,Hayes and Bath and lets get out of the bottom 4!!!
