One of the best debuts I have seen in a long time.  He was involved in everything, especially in the first half.  Showed a brilliant attitude..long may that continue.

Hope it was just bad cramp he went off with..

Agreed. He was also very good in the air and went forward with the ball at every opportunity which is a welcome change. Just what our centre midfield has been missing since Peter doran left

I'm not one for going OTT on players, but I thought he was really excellent and could just be what we need. Wedgbury too had another good game.

I guess Connors is to replace him, we wouldn't have the budget for both.

Agree 100%, impressive debut - some good tackling, good passes, willing to get forward and looked for an opportunity to shoot.

Carl Piergianni had a great game (we could have done with him last Tuesday - thanks to the FA for that  :-*), deserved MOM.

Also thought Robbie Williams, Robbie Lawton and Greg Young had good games, along with Wes Baynes when he came on.

Overall, a deserved win, credit to Ken and the lads for bouncing back well from last Tuesday.

I agree. My only very small quibble is that at times he passed the ball sooner than he had to do.Nonetheless, a really great debut from someone coming into a team with relegation worries.Very well done Steve.
