I was working in Padiham this last week and spoke to some very knowledgable local football fans. One or 2 were Accrington fans:

IT IS OFFICIAL, ACCIES ADMINISTRATION IS PISS POOR

An Accrington fan admitted as much - though I suspect it is nothing we didn't know!

They asked if Graham Heathcote was still there and the welfare of Bernard Taylor. They were sorry to hear about his stroke & wish him well.

It was great to work with people I had never met before and be welcomed because of my support of Alty, though it was funny to hear astonished tones from the back of the office: "But he's an Altrincham fan!"

I get that all the time, I work with Man Yoo, City or Scousers, they all think football ends at 20th in the Premiership (well maybe not the city fans  ;) )
