Released by York in order to gain first team football. Decent C.V. Worth a look?

i was thinking the same thing until i saw the reason for him leaving.. did not get on with the manager because he thought he should be playing weekly, i think he'd believe we are 'beneath' him. also, with the proposed loss of money we are facing, maybe these type of players are out of our budget?'

I believe that the deadline for even loans has now passed.

If you want to make an emergency loan signing you have to convince the FA that it is a real emergency

correct me if i am wrong, but as the guy has left York, surely he is a free agent. It wouldnt be a loan, as he doesnt belong to a club........

I think it counts for loans and free's but I'm thinking also for next season, should we stay up.

Having read last Saturday's programme and the appeal from the club regarding a lack of funds, I highly doubt we'll be signing any more players this season.

I'd be very wary of a player whose debut was as a substitute for McAliskey !

Unless he wants to play the last few games for free just so people don't forget he exists.

I would be very dubious about a player who wants to leave a club for first team football rather than working harder to convince his current manager to play him.

Greg Young?
Steve Connors?

I know what you're saying, but one could probably argue it both ways.

Good point Alty1981, but Young n Connors have not cut links with their club.
