If the current squad need some inspiration before the play off final, have a read of Marks blog. What an honour for the club to try and get Mark along to the final.

Ready for Sunday, quietly confident of under a hour. Just had an email from MNDA that the Manchester branch will be cheering on from Matt Busby Way.

Still time to sponsor. Can also text NASH91 and amount (1,2,3,4,5 or 10) to 70070

Thanks

For those that don't have me on social media, I'm pleased to say I completed it in 57:04. Over the moon with that (finished 1st out of 5 friends too). So far raised 228, but even the parents haven't sponsored me yet so plenty of time to do so if you would like to.

It makes me squeamish just thinking about running 10k.  Once again my cap is doffed in Mark Maddox direction.

I did wonder why I hadn't seen more Mark coverage in MDNA stuff. It is a shame they do not seem to treat him with the respect he deserves.

More quality:

"My little girl wanted to go on a Dumbo ride in which 2 people get in and the ride goes round and round and you have a little stick that you can go up and down, anyway I'm in the disabled line when this f**kin salad dodger is in front of us on a scooter, he's about 35, 25 stone and obviously had a season ticket for McDonalds!! He's got a T shirt on claiming "I'm not Lazy I just can't be bothered doing anything" I can tell straightaway there's nothing wrong with him, maybe it's because I'm a scouser and we can smell a bullsh*tter a mile off. Anyway he gets off the scooter waddles over to the ride, sits in it on his own, he can't even go on with his kid because he just about fits in the 2 seater ride by himself, so I said to Jayne "Poor f**king Dumbos ears will be flapping like mad getting this fella off the ground""

Even my missus laughed at this!
