Well done to Lee Sinnott for taking decisive action now. He signed a player in Jones who looked like a world beating defender in pre-season. Hindsight is a wonderful thing but hopefully things will start to improve from here onwards.

Williams is coming back here with a point to prove. Let's at least give the lad a chance.

On a personal note I'm sorry things didn't work out with Paul Jones. We've all seen in the past what a good player he's been for Barrow and I'm sure he's as gutted as anyone at the way things have turned out.

Given that RW has yet to play a competitive match for AFC Telford following injury, what will his match fitness be like?

A brave move by Sinnot.  Maybe a bit of a gamble.
I think  Williams will be better suited to this level, and hopefully after the disappointment of last season, he will be hungry enough, wiser and determined to show he can display that consistancy and commitment to this club.
I hope he will repay that faith the club has put in him.

Correct, a swift decisive decision, now can we give sinnott some credit, honestly damned if you do damned if you don't

Jones was going to be another Joseph, Tinson, Munroe.... who turned in that many disastrous performances early on we'd be praising him for not playing badly, instead of being great.

Best for all sides.

I'm more worried that we have been drawn into a false sense of security 2 years on the bounce after pre-season. I hope things do improve from now on because if they don't I'm not liking where we could be in five weeks.

Williams is better than Jones.

He was so shaky it was untrue, he'd get turned far too easy.

Well done Sinnot for taking action now, rather than let it roll on.

At least Robbie can head the ball.
I was also wrong about Jones, looked good pre season.

Totally wrong in my opinion, sorry to be a pain.

Jones was one best players we had has he gone????????????????????? >:(

Even though hes made a few mistakes he was such a wise player he shouldnt really have been left to cope with so much.

RESPECT JONES!

Time for Lynch and Lawton together first or will this new guy come on striaght away?
