Burning CDs advice required.
« on: February 26, 2007, 04:58:39 PM »

Whenever I burn an audio CD I get a really irritating click every 10 seconds or so, like scratched vinyl. Anyone any idea what causes this and if there is a remedy?

Could be anything.  Bad batch of cds, corrupt software (what are you using to burn?  I'd recommend Nero 7), faulty cd burner...

Its not the CD's have used two seperate packs, its happened each time though, twice from Itunes and once when copying a CD using Roxio. Looks like the CD drive? God knows but its bloody annoying.

If I load files from CD to Itunes though they come out fine. Puzzled?

Thanks for taking the time to reply though.

tbh, sounds like burning speed. This happened to me a while ago, just try a lower burning speed and all should be saved!
