General Chemicals (and we lost didn't we?)
Brian, Two Cheshire Senior Cup ties played against General Chemicals, by my reckoning. And we actually won them both! 4-0 at Moss Lane in 1986 and 3-0 away in 1992. Meanwhile, why hasn't anyone mentioned Accrington Stanley in this thread yet....?

First of all Barry, what are you doing up at this time of night?

Secondly, thanks for the email! and

Thirdly, you're right about the results.  ;)

Fourthly, I wonder if they have subsequently morphed through being Mond to becoming Runcorn Town in the West Cheshire and subsequently the NWCL?

PS:  Fifthly, it's my birthday on Tuesday so lump on the Supers giving me a winning present! 6-2 would be both fitting and appropriate! (no pressure there then!)

I must be 21 again rather than 62!!!!!!!!!! I'll settle for that any day of the week!
