Can anyone explain this seasons great away form? Our we a great counter attacking team but cant press play at home?

I think its pressure. Greater expectation at home.

Some time ago there was a perception that virtually all the people who travelled away were supporting the team whereas the moaners attend only home games hence the majority of comments from Alty fans at away games were by and large positive. Contrast this to some of the whingeing which has historically been all too apparent at Moss Lane

This may still be worthy of consideration as a possible contributory factor as, of course, may be Hamilton's suggestion

First half today wasn't counter attacking.. we dominated from front to back... took our time building, playing the simple pass but almost always showing most committment in 50/50s.

4 up at HT would not have been unrealsitic

One things for sure this team are more than capable of reaching the play offs even going up as long as lee gets them well organised at home
