Delighted to say I managed to see Mark when he ran through Woolwich earlier. The man is a hero and an inspiration. Well done Mads, we're all truly proud of you!

great effort from Mark,as a long distance runner over 4 hrs is a hell of a time to be running for.2 of my marathons were over 4 hours due to injury so i do now the effort he is putting in.Once again well done,only another 12k to go.

I managed to take this photo as Mark ran past - sorry it's not the best but I was trying to give him a big clap and a cheer so the photo was taken in a bit of a hurry!
