Directions to Dagenham...
« on: April 10, 2007, 02:59:44 PM »

Going to make my first trip to Dagenham on Saturday. Just wondering which is the best way to go. I can get to the M25 but, having looked at a couple of map sites, they're sending me 2 or 3 different ways. Would it be quicker to get off at J30 of the M25 and go from there, or should I get off earlier and go through London?

Many thanks in advance :)

M25 to junction 30 and then join the A13 towards Dagenham. Don't fart about driving through London, it's a waste of time.

Tip: It is often quicker to cut out the M1 altogether by joining the A14 at the end of the M6 and then come down the M11 towards London. You can join the M25 from here and you will completely miss all the traffic going through Luton on the M1.
