Having another moan about admission prices.

In all seriousness I thought the Cheshire FA made it so we had to charge these sort of prices?? I'm sure we'd charge less if that wasn't the case.

I love it that one of the opinions was to play to bow out of the CSC....so we only won cos they wanted to lose more than we did!

It's the CSC, who goes away to watch that? And, if you are going away, paying for travel, food and a pint how does £3 enter into it.

Clubs like us lose money on these stupid games as it is paying for floodlights etc, thank God for volunteer staff, perhaps if t was £7 instead the gate may have crept above 200. Jesus.

If they'd managed to get the game on in the first place they wouldn't have had to moan about our prices....

They must charge a fortune at their place, because none of them bother to turn up there either! :)

Love the way a thread with all of fifteen posts is an UPROAR on Celtics forum!

Stalybridge gives the impression of a place where people don't have much cash. This just reinforces that image :)

And they may well be short of cash, many people are.  one bloke was offering seats in his car for last nights game, that'd be a couple of quid petrol money plus the game. I hope he had some takers but Stalybridge has the smell of apathy to be brutally honest.

I imagine that's about what they charge for normal reserve team games; it also happens to be the minimum charge allowed by the Cheshire FA for Senior Cup-ties. It makes sense. By the way, Stalybridge were going to charge £8 admission had the Round 2 game gone ahead at their place. They seem to have been making a lot of fuss about a couple of quid per person.
