I think with football chants you're allowed a little poetic licence to be honest.

We were just plain unsophisticated chantwise when I were a lad. I can't even remember us having a song for the legendary Jack Swindells. That's why Kenny's "zigger zagger" stood out in those days.

August 1999.....4th game of the season after 3 defeats without scoring a goal. Kevin Ellison's first goal for Alty & Gary Talbot scored the second.

Ecky conjured up some highlights of this match a while back....but I can't find them.

Rather impressively, in my view, I managed a  week's family holiday in Weymouth, neatly sandwiched between an away fixture at Yeovil & this game.

Great video. There is a rather slimmer RockyRobin celebrating in the middle there - I am easy to spot as I was still just tall in those days.
