In an ideal world yes, but a lot of fans don't bother posting on here. More have access to email than use this forum.

But people who are asking CSH questions on the forum do appear to have access to the forum, and people who don't have access to the forum won't see the suggestion on the forum about sending an email.

A thread on here is much more efficient as it might prevent people having to answer the same question over and over again in separate emails.
