Considering how many injuries we have, that was a great team effort. Sam coming on late on and scoring was almost unbelievable. Brilliant.

Great result over a very good Cheltenham team.
So good to see Sam Heathcote score the winner. His Dad will be made up, the Heathcote family deserve some good news especially after the sad death of Graham's brother Phil.

As for the popular side it was apparently an oversight by the club re the fence. I have to say in defence of the club, the scaffolding is much improved from how it was and it was good to stand in my old space under the gantry and it was good to have the folks from the golf road end joining us in the second half and I ended up a bit hoarse after joining in with some of the singing.

Thought the ref and pop side lino were poor but the result was great and capped off a good day out at Moss Lane...

Well done lads...

What a thoroughly good performance that was after the debacle on Monday. Not only that to concede in the last 10 mins and then regroup and go again is fantastic. They looked like I thought they would, a decent full time professional outfit with a mix of big, small, fast and decent players. Leather and Parry were superb, Deasy some good saves again, Crowther looked like a different player.

Really? I thought the referee was one of the better ones.

Where can we hang our big scalp? Can we put it next to our tin pot?

Gary Johnson certainly wasn't walking tall when he left moss lane today.

Great win today

Wow couldn't see anything but a loss coming after their equalizer.

Hats off to LS for the late substitution, thought it was a bit  weird that he put Heathcote on LW and not Swift. Took his goal really well and I'm delighted for him.

Thought Leather (with busted nose), Parry and Moult were outstanding. I thought Bowerman was poor, so no idea how he got MOM, but its all about opinions.

Believe Havern defo back Saturday and Clee and Richmond might be back.

Bring on high flying Wrexham

I wouldn't want to break up the Leather/Parry partnership at the moment if both are fit and available. I thought they were magnificent against Tranmere and it seems they carried that on yesterday by all accounts.

Whilst there's no reason for the segregation fence to be up still. I would glady have it up the game after a big fixture if this ensures the big game (ie Tranmere) passes off as smoothly as it did.
