Apart from the fact he's a super player I'd be keen to have here, this is one of the oddest loan moves I've heard of for a while.

From OS

From Guiseley we learn that "Wayne Brooksby is to spend the next month on loan at North Ferriby United in a bid to regain match fitness.

Brooksby has been sidelined with injury in recent weeks... The winger will be back and available for the Lions in time for the Boxing Day meeting with Grimsby Town at Nethermoor."

Would that be the same North Ferriby team that broke his jaw and there was a massive hoo hah about?

Why is it odd?

He has only gone there on loan to get match fit

Another odd loan I saw was Liam Hearn from Lincoln to Barrow, with the player saying needed to 'maximise game time'. He's played 18 times this season, not as if being frozen out??
