Ladies Home Fixture

Just to remind or advise that the the Altrincham FC Ladies Team entertain Warrington Wolverines tomorrow afternoon at Mersey Valley - Kick Off 2.00pm

The Bar will be open and food is normally also available.

Both teams like to get the ball down and play and recent games between us have been excellent spectacles played with commitment, passion but good spirit

If you have chance please come down and support the Ladies - It will be hugely appreciated

Football is indeed a cruel game.

Despite taking the lead early in the first half and more than matching our opponents today The Ladies were defeated 3-1.

There were however some great performances from our players against a team who have, in the past, given us some right hammerings.

Thanks are due to all those who turned out to support us today. Our long term Supporter Bill Morris and our new fan Roger Wade being two. Also to our mascot Alfie King and his Mum Jane.

Oh, and as forecast, it was a really really good game for the neutral too
