...in pursuit of more game time.

Would anyone have him here?

I'd take him if we reduced the wage bill by releasing both Hobson and Hattersley.

Agree with Romeo 48. Reeves,Marsh and Spencer would give us decent options up front but I'm not sure how much more game time he'd get which is his reason for leaving County. I also presume that Hattersley is on a contract because he'd surely have been released by now if he wasn't!

A good shout, but it's just not going to happen. For one thing, I don't think Jim has any obvious links to Spencer. But mainly, it's not necessarily strikers we need - it's defenders and midfielders!

We've had some joy out of signing some of the old Hyde title team - if we can move others on, it's worth having a look at.

Definitely have him at Alty if that could be organised. Got a memory of him scoring a great goal against Alty in a defeat at Hyde a few years back, may have been Lee Sinnott's first season in charge?

If we hadn't signed Phil Marsh, and if Spencer wasn't rotund, then yes. As it is, one of Hattersley Hobson would surely need to depart first.
