FA Cup Live TV Games

FA website says the live TV games will be those at Eastleigh (to be played Fri 4 Nov), Merstham (Sat 5 Nov lunchtime) & Southport (Mon 7 Nov).
The list of Sunday games will be published at a later point.

Thought they would have gone for Boreham Wood v Notts County or Maidstone v Rochdale than Southport as there'd be more chance of a shock but the other two games are fair enough.

My guess is that the powers that be thought they needed to balance coverage a bit geographically - Eastleigh v Swindon & Merstham v Oxford are very southern, so maybe an all-northern tie got the nod for that reason?

The match will be played at Sincil Bank Stadium on Saturday 5 November 2016 with a 3.00pm kick-off.

Admission prices will be as follows:-

Adults : £10
Concessions 60+ : £5
Students : £5
Disabled: £5
Juniors U18: £2

Should a replay be necessary then this has been scheduled to take place at Altrincham's J Davidson Stadium on Tuesday 8 November 2016, ko 7.45pm. Admission prices will be £14 for adults, £9 for concessions 65+, £5 for juniors 12-16 and £2 for juniors under 12.

The Southport V Fleetwood match is on the Monday with the draw for the Second Round taking place at Haig Avenue after the match.  Loads of lolly for Southport FC win or lose
