Listening to that, I'd say there'll definitely be changes this week!

Honesty is the best policy. I would have liked to hear why Richman was substituted at half-time, as he seemed to me to be the only player likely to challenge for possession of the ball & none of the subs was a midfield player, but apart from that I thought it was a frank and pretty blunt assessment of a pitiful afternoon. The team selection on Tuesday evening will certainly be awaited with interest!

Nothing held back there. The players today need to understand how crap they performed as a team.

I do like Jim Harvey's frankness. In fairness to the bloke he does say it how it is.

Hopefully Flynnie and the Alty TV crew will send a copy of that interview to each of the playing staff so that they are all in no doubt in what the manager thinks of them, then maybe they will switch on and start performing in a way that is acceptable to him.

I still think Jim Harvey is the man to lead us forward. I attach little blame to Jim for yesterday's performance, it was all the players collectively as a group who let us down.

More improvement needed for Tuesday lads, come on you are all better than this. If you all give it 100pc you can beat any team in this league. Yesterday, too may of us had a bad game, we cannot afford for this to happen. Make ourselves safer by Christmas and we can move on from there. You are all more than capable.
