Altrincham Football Club is very keen for the 'Strategic Review Questionnaire' to be completed by as many supporters as possible, in order to make the information captured as statistically significant as it can be.

The club is fully aware that our supporters have suffered a very difficult 12 months, but we would like to hear your views on all aspects of the club, and would ask you to complete the questionnaire which can be viewed & completed in plain text format below:-

Why such a short window of opportunity in which to complete this form and submit it, particularly at this time of year when people have other pressing commitments (some of us have to write all the Christmas cards....)?

Details were posted here yesterday to get this message out via another communication channel, but the original club website posting was made on Sunday.

A 14 day time window is deemed long enough in terms of being an appropriate time to respond.

why is this not hosted on survey monkey? or google forms? mobile visitors may not have the necessary apps to fill out this document. Surely the club wants to get as many responses as possible to this review?

Seconded. What even is that link? It's just a html page. It says it can be completed in plain text format, but that involves people cutting and pasting it into an email or plain text editor and I'm not at all sure that is an easy task for one and all. Surely if you are trying to maximise responses you should be making it as easy as possible to complete and return. It could so easily have been created as a form on the webpage with a submit button that emailed it onto the quoted gmail address.

I think it's a good idea in principle, but this doesn't exactly fill anyone with confidence in the process.

Any response to when the outcome of the Strategic Review will be completed and how it will be presented to the "masses"?
