It was more honest and real than the ones from his boss

Clearly pointed out what he felt the problems are with the team, appreciated that the players have a duty to give something back to the supporters and didn't fall into the trap of giving jumbled up cliches as many in football do. A much better listen than the "poor, very poor" Jim Harvey analysis.

Worrying interview - we won't be bouncing back next season?

Did you think we would? It's honest and the board should listen to it and take note. Last chance to bring some real winners through the door.

Very honest interview that and refreshing not to be clogged up with cliché's and rhetoric.

Sounds to me like the players are not showing on the pitch what they are doing in training.

lack of confidence and the ability to score goals being the main problem.

Its time this set of the players got to grips with this, there are lots of problems in this world that are far worse than the predicament these players currently find themselves in.

Come on folks, its time to stop feeling sorry for yourselves and get that shirt on, get out there and start to fight for your club and adopt the mindset that you CAN beat the players facing you (at the end of the day they aren't that fkn good) and show the fans that you care and have the heart for the fight.

I do believe that the 3 guys in charge currently are good enough its down to the players to execute the instructions that they are given.

Concentration and anticipation instead of ineptitude and desperation is the order of the day needed here.

I think relegation could be a real turning point in the clubs future,no longer a football club ambitious and fighting to be as strong as it can but a social club at the centre of a disparate and much changing community.  When the core who have traveled miles home and away have gpne, what is left is occasional drifters and very local football.
sad sad times.  I hope that isn't the vision of this thriving football club

Save yourself your time Brian and don't bother interviewing them as it's the same spiel but just from a different mouth.

What else would you want him to say?

I thought it was an honest assessment of the state of affairs both present and potential future.

Nothing would do me just fine as I know what's coming before I press the Play Button.

This is an excellent post and a very threat. It's up to board and us supporters to make sure that this isn't allowed to happen.
