That's what I thought about having to rearrange the Darlington game. Why bother? Just give them the three points and save anyone from having to travel on a Tuesday night only to watch another capitulation.

We've got to keep going until it's mathematically done. The gravity of this relegation is not like slipping out of the conference to the north. I note last week there was a national league juniors tournament at the club. We won't be a national league club any more. No BT. Money, no central funding, no national league community funding, no premier league solidarity payment, no share of the playoff final gate. We've have to fight with every last breath to get out of this.

That's an approach that should be from the top down and it just isn't happening. It's just one sorry embarrassment after another that is prolonging the suffering (although in truth, I'm almost numb to it at this stage) for all before the inevitable fall into the abyss. If we escape from this I'll eat my own arse.
