The tickets had to be applied for. 2000 were made available and 60 were taken up. I stand by my previous comment. There were no more than 400 at any stage today.

Fair play to the other 600 fans who must have turned up at 20 past 3.

The fact we can still (supposedly) turn out 1,200 for a bottom of the table dead rubber in a regional league makes our current predicament even worse.

It didn't look like 1236 but there were far more than 400 there.  I thought it was around the 900 mark.  Goes to show how things can look differently to different people.

I don't think the official figure seemed correct but it wasn't as low as 400 either. I'd guess about 800

There was s nowhere near a thousand there today. Nowhere near. 650/675 is my guess.

I suspect that Bob & Nom de Plume are the closest with the number of people in the ground being between 950-1050 with the difference being the number of season ticket holders who were counted but not in attendance.

Brian, do you know how many season ticket holders we have? I imagine 200-300 is a large chunk of the total sold. It speaks volumes about our current circumstances and doesn't bode well for next season if they are not attending  a Saturday game.
