Having watched that Alty TV interview with Robbie Lawton regarding the goalless home draw with Stalybridge Celtic, may I both thank and commend him for his respectful handling of that question pertaining to those of us who chose to participate in that walkout at 3.15pm last Saturday.

Throughout that entire interview, I was encouraged by his honest responses and refusal to hide behind excuses.

Frankly, I've been far more impressed with him in recent weeks than I have with Matt Doughty.

Matt all but admitted this at the meeting last week.

My impression is that Matt has been very good for bringing the morale back up in the dressing room and getting the players to act more like a team with each other off the pitch, whereas Robbie has been the one to carry out instructions and bring back structure to the way we play, with a little bit of discipline to the side as well when things aren't going right.I've been impressed with what he's had to say in both interviews and the Q and A too

I think they both are bringing different qualities to the table and it looks like it's beginning to work. I like the way the side are giving everything on the pitch these days with them in charge even if the football isn't great to watch.

Totally agree more than happy for Robbie to be involved with Alty still he is going to make an excellent coach and potential manager one day.
