I couldn't fin an option for 'none of them'.

Seriously though, I'd keep 5 and have Miller as the 1st name on the team sheet every game.

I purposefully left that option off to make sure the poll was productive!

Poor Clayton McDonald and Alan Goodall, they're getting no love.

Disagree with the Young was right to release everyone statement. The majority of the players he released had all won the conference north at least once at some point in their careers and most where still of a good age. Obviously there did need to be some ins and outs, but what was required most was somebody to come in with some fresh ideas to rejuvenate and refresh a more than decent squad of players.

Interested at the number of votes for Hannigan on this poll given he's contracted here next season.Good solid player when he plays, which is nowhere near regularly enough, so will be interesting what happens between him and the club in the summer.

Tom Hannigan is without a shadow of a doubt our best defender. But, where the f*** is he? I didn't vote for him.

I'm puzzled by the apparent reluctance to keep Darius Palma. Wouldn't make a significant dent in the budget and could be loaned out Hyde or Droylsden in the league below to gain experience.

I didn't vote to keep Shaun Densmore because I sadly doubt he'll ever really be fit again....and like Nicky Clee he's likely to get kicked too often.

next season is going to be difficult. Half of these players seem to be permanently unfit. Time to wave goodbye to most of them.

Appoint the Nantwich manager and let him bring his whole squad, of course he won't be interested now, to busy trying to replace us in conf north

Why? Nantwich will be the team to beat if they stay down

So only seven players voted for by at least half of the 58 who took part in the poll.

Some of the players I can't put a face to. Others are fragile, still more have probably had one injury too many and are looking at retirement.

I'm sure quite a few are going to be able to do a decent job once we get this millstone of a season out the way.

The main issue for me with regards to promotion next season is bringing in attackers who can work to a plan and score goals. Someone is going to have to do a really good selling job. I'm not keen on paying over the odds to bring in someone who turns out not to want to put a shift in.

I thought a poll format would be quite telling and it proved so.
