Pay per point Season Ticket
« on: May 29, 2017, 08:18:40 PM »

https://www.thesun.co.uk/sport/3673483/dutch-den-bosc-pay-per-point-season-ticket-holland/?CMP=Spklr-_-Editorial-_-TheSunFootball-_-Sport-_-FBLink-_-Statement-_-FBPAGE

This club is charging £22 per season ticket... but then fans pay per point.

Potentially do it as £200 then refund per point.

Would this encourage more season ticketS?

I'd pay full price for a season ticket if Rowley steps down but nothing if he doesn't and that's that I'm afraid.

That wasn't the question.

Oh I'm sorry CB I should've made it clearer for those that only go off Yes or No answers. IMO at our club at the present time the answer would be No.

And his opinion is more widely shared than many people realise.

An approach I suspect quite a few will take.

I've still not had a reply from the club and I actually contacted them to say I want a season ticket despite not being able to go to most matches. Thats free money for them. Come on Alty, you read this forum PM me with detail on how I can purchase a season ticket remotely (you'll note in all the advertising on the official site you never actually mentioned how to buy one).

I cant see any scheme like above working if we can't sell the bloody things to people who will pay full price for them?!?!?!??!?

This is no slur on Bill but with a blatant disregard for any sense of intelligence in the humour this made laugh.... a lot. Classic stuff!

In other news I've had response from the club and i'll defy the odds by purchasing my season ticket tomorrow.

It's a bit daft that it's not possible to purchase season tickets on line - or pretty much anything the club sells.

A lot of people will be put off by having to go down to the club etc.
